We are Recruiting: Training Development Manager
We're looking for an experienced and committed trainer to join our team. The role will involve designing, delivering, and managing training programmes for care staff, artists and the wider creative ageing and dementia-friendly sector.
Deadline for applications is 12 noon on Monday, September 23, 2024 with interviews expected to take place the week commencing Monday, September 30, 2024.

Working with Equal Arts
We work closely with schools, care home providers, cultural venues, health organisations and local authorities to provide creative opportunities in communities to improve wellbeing.
Our projects and training packages are designed to meet the varying needs and requirements of our partners and those taking part from staff or pupils to volunteers and residents.

Artists
We work with team of over 40 professional artists to run a huge variety of daily workshops and training sessions in venues across the UK and online.
All sessions are created to meet the individual needs and interests of participants and our partners.
From performance, gardening and sculpture to music, visual arts, photography and movement, our artists hold a wealth of skills, engaging people young and old to join in and explore their creativity.
